Target group
This course is intended for anyone who wants a fundamental understanding of the technical background of the FO software. For example (technical) application administrators, system administrators, application developers, but also functional application administrators and consultants who want to have more background knowledge.
Description
This course starts by giving an overview of the (technical) architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO software. Topics covered include the Microsoft platform and server architecture. Attention is paid to creating users and setting up roles and authorizations. After following this course, students are able to create or modify users in the Microsoft Dynamics FO software and give a user authorization for certain parts of the software. This knowledge is also put into practice in the training. Furthermore, managing user personalizations and some basic business information, such as the setup of number ranges, is also covered.
This course is also the foundation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Application Management (DO-XSA).
