This training is intended for consultants of Dynamics 365 CE, who advise customers about updates. Also for administrators, who will implement these updates in their system.

Description

As a regular user of the Power Platform, you probably already know how much value the Power Platform provides to your organization. But to maintain this value, it is important to implement regular updates and fixes. In this training, we will take a closer look at testing and implementing these updates for an efficient workflow.

First of all, it is important to have a (Sandbox) environment where you can test the updates/features before they are implemented in the production environment. This ensures that any issues or bugs can be fixed before they affect your organization's day-to-day operations.

In addition to a test environment, it is also important to have a structured process for implementing updates and fixes. In the training we will go into more detail about a release schedule, in which all changes are documented and tested before they go live.

A useful tool you can use when testing and implementing updates is Power Apps Checker. During exercises, you will learn how to use this tool.

Finally, it is important to notify all users of any changes and updates. This can be done through an internal communication campaign, explaining what has changed and how it affects daily operations.

By making regular updates and fixes to the Power Platform, you can ensure that your organization is taking full advantage of all the features the platform offers.
